We are looking for a System Implementation Specialist to join our Application Management and Service Group. In this role, you will support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of application systems, ensuring reliable performance and an excellent user experience across the organization.
Key Responsabilities:Provide daily troubleshooting and technical support for application systems.Monitor application systems to ensure stable and reliable operation .Manage and coordinate business requirements for application system improvements and implementations .Support the delivery and configuration of application system requirements .Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital and IT projects.Collaborate with internal EDS teams and external IT service providers to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution .Contribute to improving system performance, service quality, and user experience
QualificationsTechnical & Functional SkillsExperience in business process analysis and application system requirements management .Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in application systems.Experience with application system configuration, C#Java, monitoring, and maintenance .Understanding of IT system requirements analysis and design methods .Familiarity with application system implementation, configuration, and development processes .Experience supporting UAT testing for digital or IT projects is a plus.
