We are an international recruitment and outstaffing agency providing top-tier IT and digital talent to clients across Europe, the USA, and LATAM. To accelerate our business growth, we are looking for a Freelance Sales Manager who will help us bring new clients and build long-term partnerships — working fully remotely and earning commission-based income from each closed deal.

Language Requirements: Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
Key Responsibilities
 * Identify and reach out to potential clients (IT companies, startups, and enterprises) across Europe, the USA, and LATAM.
 * Present our recruitment and outstaffing services, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
 * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
 * Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring smooth handover to the delivery/recruitment team.
 * Collaborate with our internal recruitment team to align on client requirements and hiring priorities.
 * Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new business acquisition and revenue generation.
Requirements
 * Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within recruitment, IT services, or outsourcing industries.
 * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
 * Ability to work independently and manage your own client pipeline.
 * Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, or other prospecting tools is a plus.

Compensation
Commission-Based Only — you will receive a percentage of each successfully closed deal (% of agency profit, depending on deal size). No fixed base salary — your income grows with your performance.
