As an EMEA Partner Program Manager at Autodesk, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating programs and projects aimed at growing Autodesk's business through its ecosystem of partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of these programs and initiatives, supporting our partners, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive increased partner engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management:Lead and manage various partner programs and projects across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with Autodesk's strategic goalsPartner Support:Provide comprehensive support to Autodesk's partners, facilitating their success and growth within our ecosystemOperational Efficiency:Optimize processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of partner-related initiativesCollaboration:Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive partner engagement, foster strong relationships, and achieve revenue targetsPerformance Monitoring:Track and analyze program performance, implementing improvements as necessary to ensure continued successCommunication:Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparencyStrategic Planning:Develop and execute strategic plans for partner programs, aligning with Autodesk's broader business objectivesQualifications
