We are currently actively seeking a CRM &Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department.
The position will be based at our headquarters in Terrassa (Barcelona).
The main objective of this role is to support our international sales network, working daily with our CRMs, alongside other department-related tasks.
Key responsibilities
Use of CRM: Genesis and Salesforce
o Customer and lead management: new contacts, customer segmentation, sales opportunity classification, etc.
o Opportunity tracking: monitoring the stages of each sales opportunity.
o Interaction history: tracking calls, emails, and meetings.
o Budget and order control: generating and recording quotes, orders, and acceptance status.
o Reporting and analysis: sales reports, conversion ratios.
o Campaign and lead connection.
Other marketing-related tasks and departmental support.
Required qualifications
* •Higher education degree in Marketing and Advertising, Business, Administration, or similar.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Valuable knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Genesis, Salesforce, social media).
* • Organized, proactive person with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
We offer
Permanent contract.
Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday (8:00–9:00 to 16:45–17:45, with a minimum 30-minute lunch break).
Short working hours on Fridays (8:00 to 15:00).
Salary according to experience and education.
