We are looking for
1. Demonstratedability in Financial Risk Management at a large bank or rating agency, coveringfinancial institutions and countries (at least 6 years of experience in similarfunctions).
2. Extensiveknowledge of current banking regulation.
3. Experience in themutual funds industry in a risk area will also be considered.
4. Participation in riskcommittees.
5. Developing andimplementing policies and procedures that help reducing the risk of theorganization. Previous experience with risk appetite, risk indicators, etc.
6. Advanced skills inMicrosoft Office, Power BI and similar tools for the analysis of big datasources.
7. Spanish and english advanced.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
3. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team oriented environment.
4. Ability to cope with time pressure and work to deadlines is essential.

11. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics; credit training preferred; or equivalent experience.
Your role in the team
1. Responsible for assessing, measuring, andmonitoring the main financial risk (credit risk, liquidity and settlement risk,market risk, interest rate risk, etc.). The candidate should be able to runanalysis based on controls and produce daily reports with alerts if required.The candidate will also have to proactively introduce new controls and improve theexisting ones.
2. Responsible for performing detailed financialand risks analysis new and existing counterparties, ensuring they are in linewith the approved risk appetite and risk limits. The portfolio ofcounterparties in scope include banks, insurance companies, broker-dealers,wealth managers, SPCs, asset managers, among other type of clients and allaround the world. The candidate will have to provide us with experience onclient analysis on these types of financial institutions.
3. Responsible for analyzing countries from amacroenomic perspective.
4. Defining procedures and methodologies tomeasure, control, and follow up risks incurred by Allfunds.
5. Assisting other areas, includingcollaboration on due diligences.
6.The candidate will assist the Risk Management area in Internal Audits to therisk function.
