Graduate Expert Mechanical Engineer .
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Defining and monitoring all maintenance activities for the mechanical equipment under your responsibility:
corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance, shutdown planning, creation of work instructions, verification of spare parts. You will manage a team of skilled mechanical fitters or supervise external specialized contracted services.
Develop activities and proposals for continuous improvement in facilities and work methods to ensure and improve the efficiency and availability of plant mechanical equipment.
Lead detailed analysis of breakdowns and recurring mechanical problems in the plant, ensuring all activities comply with plant HS&E standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide high-level technical support to the plant in mechanical systems such as:
Rotating equipment related to paper production:
rollers, centrifugal pumps, reducers, couplings, etc.
Vibration analysis, alignment, and lubrication of rotating equipment.
Pneumatic and hydraulic oil installations, crane bridges.
PCI systems.
Valued Skills and Knowledge
Eminently practical attitude towards mechanical equipment.
Knowledge of machinery specific to the paper process.
Basic knowledge in the use of a CMMS system for maintenance management (IBM Maximo or similar).
Experience with LEAN methodologies.
Effective communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
Academic Qualification:
Recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar.
Experience:
Up to two years of work experience since graduation. International experiences (Erasmus, etc.) are a plus.
High proficiency in written and spoken
English (B2) .
