We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the continued growth of our wholesale business across Europe.
This role is responsible for driving wholesale growth, expanding our distribution network, and strengthening relationships with MAAP’s key retail and distributor partners across the region.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role will play a key part in shaping the future of MAAP in the European market.
The Role
As UK & EU Sales Manager, you will lead MAAP’s wholesale strategy across Europe, driving revenue growth while ensuring our brand is represented at the highest level across our retail partners.
You will manage existing accounts, develop new distribution opportunities and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional product launches, sales campaigns and customer experiences.
You will also manage and support two Sales Admin Coordinators, ensuring the effective execution of sales operations, order management and partner support across the region.
This role requires regular travel across Europe to strengthen relationships with distributors and retail partners, identify new opportunities and continue building MAAP’s presence across the European market.
Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale Sales & Growth
* Own and deliver wholesale sales targets across the European region
* Grow MAAP’s distribution through strategic retail and distributor partnerships
* Identify and onboard new wholesale partners and stockists
* Lead seasonal sales cycles including catalogue presentations and pre-order campaigns
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners
* Support partners with product knowledge, merchandising and brand initiatives
* Coordinate product launches and seasonal rollouts across the wholesale network
Market Development
* Expand MAAP’s presence across priority European markets
* Represent the brand through retailer meetings, product presentations and industry events
* Travel across Europe to develop new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships
* Establish and maintain CRM engagement plans for wholesale partners
* Manage B2B order activity and customer communications
* Provide regular sales reporting and market insights to senior leadership

Experience
* Proven experience delivering wholesale sales growth
* Strong background managing distributors and key retail accounts
* Experience working across multiple European markets
* Experience in the cycling, sporting goods or premium apparel industry highly regarded

* Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Strong CRM and sales planning capability
