About the role
Join us as a Sales Account Manager for Global Outsourcers and Systems Integrators. You will own the Spanish territory, positioning BMC's iconic and cutting‐edge technologies within distinguished customers. Your focus will be to grow the footprint, close larger deals, and strengthen BMC's market‐leader position, while representing the brand both internally and externally with trust and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full sales cycle, supported by product specialists, Solution & Value Engineers, and a dedicated ecosystem.
Own the territory, increase market presence, build larger deals, and drive growth for BMC.
Serve as a brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
Participate in global projects, learn continuously, and innovate solutions for daily challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
Embrace and live BMC values daily.
Demonstrable experience working with Global Outsourcers and Systems Integrators, leading teams and orchestrating resources throughout the sales process.
Proven ability to develop business as a trusted partner through deep pipeline insight, business practices, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
Spanish fluent (language requirement).
