We're looking for aSenior/Staff Software Engineerto join a high-impactPlatform teambuilding the foundations of a modern, cloud-native product used in AI-driven environments.

This role focuses on designing and evolvingcore platform services, internal APIs, and infrastructure abstractionsthat enable engineering teams to build, scale, and operate efficiently.

You'll play a key role in shaping the platform architecture, improving developer experience, and reducing system complexity at scale.

?? What you'll do
\n
Design and evolvecore platform servicesand internal APIs used across multiple teams
\n
Lead architectural initiatives (e.g.gRPC adoption, event-driven systems, platform refactoring)
\n
Own and improvecontrol-plane components and cluster-level systems
\n
Build abstractions thatsimplify infrastructure and reduce cognitive loadfor engineers
\n
Developproduction-grade services in Go(and Python when needed)
\n
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable scalable platform capabilities
\n
Improvescalability, reliability, and developer experiencethrough thoughtful system design
\n
Participate in production support when needed, focusing onlong-term solutions over quick fixes
\n
? What we're looking for
\n
5+ years of experience inplatform, infrastructure or distributed systems engineering
\n
Strong proficiency inGo and/or Python
\n
Solid experience withKubernetes and cloud-native architectures
\n
Deep understanding ofdistributed systems and API design
\n
Experience building and operatingproduction systems used by other teams
\n
