The team is integrated by 1 manager and 5 collaborators based in Madrid and Lisbon, with different backgrounds (engineering, economics, etc). Age and gender diversity.

Mission description
* Controlling model structure and processes
* Global view of the ops control within the different industrial activities in the Company
* Run and analyze the controlling model results
* Global view of profit & loss, participation on the processes of targets, rolling forecasts, etc
* Technical knowledge on ops control: energy impact in the business, investment management, assets management, efficiencies, etc
* Support the monthly business closing, targets, rolling forecasts… and filling out the Group tools
* Creation and updating of reports to better business understanding
