Summary:
This is a marketing and sales role focused on developing and converting new business opportunities for Engineering Plastic Compounds in the Spanish market.
* Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge and adherence to policies.
* Research new customers and identify how existing sales policies meet their needs.
* Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, including problem solving.
* Achieve company objectives by planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance, and making forecasts.
* Handle budget planning.
* Build effective working relationships within the organization, communicating clearly to contribute to company growth.
Skills & Knowledge:
* At least five years of experience managing sales of Thermoplastic Compounds with a successful track record of developing new customer bases independently.
* Proven experience in the Automotive Sector, particularly with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, is an advantage.
* Track record of achieving sales results that meet or exceed targets.
* Initiative and proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
