Project Operations Manager – ABB Robotics.
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Lead execution of medium and large projects, ensuring all activities comply with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.
* Guide the project team, motivate members, and foster collaboration.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
* Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
* Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
* Make informed decisions to keep the project aligned with goals.
* Work model: Hybrid.
Qualifications
* Industrial Engineer or equivalent degree.
* At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
* Strong skills in cost control, planning, monitoring, risk management, customer focus, stakeholder management, and business orientation in the industrial market (automotive, food & beverage, logistics, etc.).
* Proficiency with Office tools (Word, Excel) and MS Project or similar planning tools.
* Experience in team management, adaptability, anticipation, and problem solving.
* Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish; additional knowledge of French or German is valued.
* Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement.
