About The Role
The Growth team drives Revolut’s global growth, focusing on community-driven and marketing-driven strategies to make our features the preferred choice in target markets. Each team member operates like a special forces unit, owning their markets and using their expertise to rapidly grow our brand and customer base.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bring our acquiring products to market through testing, developing go-to-market strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing customer insights. If shaping the future of finance excites you, let's connect.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identifying customer needs and understanding our global product landscape to generate data-driven insights for product teams.
* Leading impactful go-to-market launches by developing audience strategies, messaging, and positioning.
* Creating research plans to uncover customer insights, guide the product roadmap, and monitor the competitive landscape.
* Collaborating with product and marketing teams to brief on customer insights and value propositions for campaign execution.
* Conducting experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns, informing strategy.
* Delivering campaigns focused on growth and business impact.
* Scaling product marketing efforts globally by operationalizing resources like regional playbooks.
What You'll Need
* Experience in B2B product marketing within fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environments.
* A passion for Revolut’s products.
* Knowledge of fintech or payments industry markets and competition.
* Strategic and project management skills for complex go-to-market campaigns involving cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaigns and product development.
* Excellent communication skills and adaptability to high-performance environments.
