As the Team Leader of the Global Industrial Engineering for Assembly and Testing department, you are responsible for leading a team of three. Your primary task is the development and implementation of systematic software development processes and the promotion of agile working methods in our global plants.
Tasks
**Your Challenges**:
- Lead a team of software and hardware engineers with a focus on systematic and agile software development.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for software and hardware solutions in assembly and EOL testing processes.
- Promote agile working methods and continuous improvement processes within the team.
- Collaborate with global teams to optimize production processes and technologies.
- Support in defining and implementing process controls and end-of-line testing.
**Requirements**:
**Your Competencies**:
- Strong experience in software development, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Experience with agile working methods and their implementation in teams would be an asset.
- Ability to develop and implement software strategies and solutions.
- Good English skills and ability to collaborate globally.
- Leadership skills, teamwork, and conflict resolution ability.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is advantageous but not mandatory.
