Your tasks: Take full ownership of the Benelux market (Belgium and the Netherlands) and serve as the primary marketing contact for local stakeholders, customers, partners, and SAP.
Develop and execute market-specific marketing strategies and activities to strengthen brand awareness, generate demand, and support business growth in the Benelux region.
Plan, manage, and deliver customer events, trade fairs, webinars, and incentive programs in in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats, both locally and internationally.
Drive the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns while actively contributing to the development and rollout of global marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, and event channels.
Create, manage, and distribute customer newsletters and other marketing communications.
Manage and continuously enhance our social media presence to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
Collaborate closely with sales teams and international marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment of local activities with global strategies, business objectives, and market requirements.
Your experience: 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, campaign management, event marketing, or a comparable role in the B2 B sector, ideally within a professional services environment.
Passion for event management and enthusiasm for creating unforgettable experiences.
Experience with CRM tools such as Hub Spot is an advantage.
Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management (especially Linked In), email marketing, and content creation.
Ideally, experience with Word Press and a confident handling of social media platforms, especially Linked In.
A hands-on mentality combined with a proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva is considered a plus.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Very good MS Office skills, particularly in Power Point and Excel.
A precise and responsible working style, making you an ideal addition to our six-person marketing team.
