As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this strategic project. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the operational team through pilot, training, and go-live phases.
* Driving performance, KPIs, pipeline management, and quality standards.
* Coordinating TP Global PMO, and leadership teams.
* Implementing processes, reporting systems (Salesforce, Gong), and compliance frameworks.
* Preparing the project for scale with repeatable best practices.
Requirements
* Currently holds a Cluster Manager position or minimum 2 years of experience as Team Sales Manager
* Proven historical data of leading high performing teams
* University degree
* C1 to C2 level of verbal and written English
* Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated people motivation and development skills
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business writing
* Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
* Experience in working in multilingual environments is a plus
