Which tasks can you expect?
* SAP HCM Time Management Services, including change management, implementations and configurations
* Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot in SAP HCM Time Management
* Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure the system complies with legal, payroll and time, and HR regulations, staying updated on SAP HXM innovations and industry standards
* Assist customers in their digital transformation with SAP solutions
* Support & Services – Provide support, troubleshoot issues and incidents, and work on system enhancements or upgrades
* Proactively communicate with the client about progress, risks, issues, and work's status
What do you have to offer?
* At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant and implementing and supporting SAP HCM Time Management (preferred) or other Time Management solution (optional)
* Experience in working with German-speaking clients from DACH
* Understanding of HR business processes
* Knowledge of EC Payroll is a plus
* Knowledge of interfaces with other time management systems is a plus
* Fluent English is a must and preferable German language
