Through AppStock's ad-exchange, Marketers can reach their target audience and Publishers can significantly grow revenue across all screens and ad formats.
AppStock's state-of-the-art platform offers DSPs access to high-quality in-app supply while drastically improving their yield. This is achieved by superior targeting of ad-requests and a corresponding reduction in server calls.
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our fast-growing commercial team. This is a key role responsible for driving new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and expanding AppStock's footprint across publishers, advertisers, agencies, and performance partners. This role suits someone hungry, energetic, data-driven, and passionate about sales, partnerships, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Generate new opportunities across publishers, affiliates, networks, agencies, and brands.
Own the full acquisition cycle from identification to outreach, qualification, and deal progression.
Develop segmented lead lists based on market research, industry databases, and competitive insights.

Prospecting, Outreach & Engagement
Conduct multi-channel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, social, calls).
Craft tailored messaging that highlights AppStock's unique value proposition.
Initiate discovery conversations; understand client needs, challenges, and monetization goals.
Qualification & Sales Pipeline Ownership
Conduct qualification using methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, and ICP matching.
Manage CRM records, ensuring complete transparency and pipeline cleanliness.
Schedule intro calls, product discussions, and coordinate with senior Account Executives for next steps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams to improve targeting and refine messaging.
Provide structured market feedback to influence product development and strategic initiatives.
Support the creation of scalable sales processes, playbooks, and outbound frameworks.
Performance Management
Meet and exceed KPIs: outreach volume, conversion ratios, SQL generation, booked meetings, and revenue impact.
Maintain reporting dashboards and communicate progress regularly.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in SDR/BDR/AE roles — advantage but not mandatory.
Experience in AdTech, performance marketing, publishers, or affiliate networks — major advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated, persistent, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment.
English — native or near-native level.
Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
