The Digital Web Analytics plays a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support informed decision‑making at integral and local levels.
This role combines process ownership, technical expertise, and advanced reporting capabilities, ensuring high‑quality, compliance, and scalable data collection, integration, and visualization across digital platforms.
What is expected from this role:
- Own and evolve the global web analytics ecosystem, ensuring scalable, reliable, and compliant data across squads.
- Bridge business, technical, and compliance stakeholders to deliver high-quality tracking and actionable insights.
- Drive analytics maturity and standardization through best practices, and enablement.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Define and manage the end-to-end analytics process, including governance, standards, and documentation.
- Lead and validate tracking implementations (client-side and server-side), ensuring data quality and scalability.
- Design and deliver reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI structures for multiple audiences.
- Oversee data integration, consolidating data from analytics, media, and internal systems.
- Ensure compliance, consent management, and stakeholder alignment, while acting as a global analytics consultant.
Requirements :
- Strong experience in web/digital analytics (6+ years) across implementation, tracking, and reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics and tag management platforms.
- Proven experience with server-side tracking (e.g., MetaRouter or similar).
- Solid knowledge of data structures, SQL, and data validation.
- Advanced data visualization and reporting skills (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical topics into business insights.
- Experience in pharma or regulated environments with privacy and consent frameworks (e.g., OneTrust).
- Familiarity with paid media, attribution, and SEO data integration.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs) and automation/data extraction tools.
