We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive/Business Development Manager (BDM) (depending on experience) to join our team. This role is key to identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with customers and partners, and developing initiatives that drive the company's growth.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
3. Design and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values
4. Analyze market and competitor trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customized logistics solutions
6. Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiations, and contracts
7. Monitor the performance of key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
8. Proven experience of at least 2 years in business development, sales, or similar roles in the logistics industry, preferably in freight forwarding
9. In-depth knowledge of maritime transport services
10. Knowledge of air and land transport is a plus
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
14. Advanced level of English (spoken and written); a high level of Basque is an asset
