Vitrolife Group is seeking a Global Tax Specialist to join our Group tax function. As part of our team, you will handle tax matters across the Group and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
* Contributing to the preparation of various tax calculations and reports necessary for the group (e.g., corporate income tax, transfer pricing adjustments, withholding taxes, etc.).
* Ensuring the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting processes, including review of internal tax reporting by affiliates.
* Supporting local finance teams and external service providers to integrate tax activities within the overall group tax strategy.
* Reviewing and preparing internal control documentation for tax purposes.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Business Controlling, Legal, Sales & Marketing to ensure effective implementation of Group tax policies.
* Providing tax support for projects such as M&A and other special initiatives within the Group.
Requirements
* Law Degree or Business Degree; a Master’s in Tax is highly preferred.
* 4 to 6 years of proven experience in corporate taxes within an international environment.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Excellent communication skills to explain tax issues to non-tax specialists and senior management. This role reports directly to the Head of Tax and other senior leaders.
* Ability to meet deadlines and targets, with strong problem-solving skills.
