This role acts as a key interface between the IT and Finance departments. /ppbr/ppstrongYour main responsibilities will be: /strong /pulliMaintaining the system daily, including troubleshooting and continuous optimization of system functions. /liliMonitoring system performance and identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner. /liliProviding technical support to issues related to the system. /liliAnalyzing and locating the root cause of problems, preparing reports and proposing solutions to reduce the impact of system failures. /liliWorking closely with the business team, development team and vendors to ensure smooth implementation, operation and maintenance. /liliOrganizing trainings for the team. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYour profile and qualifications: /strong /pulliBachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Finance related fields. /liliHigh level of English, at least B2.
