GRAND is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate complex strategic and creative projects
What will you do?
* Manage the full lifecycle of multi-format projects (branding, digital, campaigns, physical production), from kick-off to closure.
* Define detailed plans with milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring operational clarity across multiple simultaneous projects.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (strategy, design, communication) and maintain constant alignment with clients.
* Implement agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, or others) to provide visibility, structure, and pace to the work.
* Monitor budgets, time allocation, scope, and profitability, anticipating deviations.
* Manage external vendors (printers, developers, installers, etc.), ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Identify risks and bottlenecks before they arise, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
* Document progress, produce clear reporting, and support the definition of SOWs and commercial proposals.
Profile
* 5–8 years of experience in project management.
* Experience in consultancy, agency, or studio environments.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Advanced English.

* Working hours: Mon–Thu 9:00–18:30;
Friday until 15:00.
