Responsibilities
* Analyze requirements and participate in project technical design.
* Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to meet project goals.
* Optimize application performance and identify technical risks with solutions.
* Document processes, track performance metrics, and validate solutions against business needs.
* Train end users and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Contribute to technical documentation, team training, and knowledge sharing.
* Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
* Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 3 years as a Salesforce Developer.
* Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; other clouds a plus.
* Skills in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
* Understanding of DevOps/Agile and SDLC principles is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently with excellent English communication skills.
* Salesforce certifications are a plus.
