¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
3. Analise and assess project technical data (scope, schedule, technical risks, etc.).
4. Verify contractor's technical expertise in the field (analyzes backlog, resources, and other factors).
5. Review contractual terms and its potential risk on contractor's performance, estimating probability of possible construction claims.
6. Analise and follows-up the payment methodology agreed between the contractor and the employer.
7. Collect evidence of the advance payments being cashed by the contractor or subcontractor;
8. Gather timely work progress reports from brokers/contractors and records reporting information into the underwriting documents.
9. Evaluate the correctness of the progress (actual vs. plan vs. certified) and estimates project completion comparing it to Contractor's plan. Highlight any potential project delays based on review of current and previous progress.
10. Liaise with agents/brokers, and with key executives of construction companies and related stakeholders.
11. Attend and participate in industry functions and events as appropriate to develop and build a strong knowledge of the industry and increase visibility in the marketplace.
12. Ensure continuous flow of underwriting data on contract and bonds as directed.
13. Prepare technical reports as requested by the Underwriters.
14. Visit construction sites of projects in distress (when needed).
15. Contractual know-how and experience in pricing/estimation is a plus.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by his direct superior.

Academic Qualifications: University Degree in Business or Law. Economics skillsRequired Language: Spanish & EnglishRequired Software: Advanced Excel skills. AutoCAD. Microsoft Power BI (a plus)Work experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience holding analytical KPIs.Preferable experience in Insurance, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure projects.
