* Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth in the Iberian region, with a focus on expanding our market position in Sheetfed applications.
* Lead, support, and develop a regional team of sales and technical experts across multiple locations.
* Manage key customer accounts, including contract negotiations, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency.
* Define, implement, and monitor the annual sales budget in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
* Analyze trends in the UV and conventional Sheetfed packaging market to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
* Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and collaborate across our European network to align local activities with global sales strategies.
Your Profile - What do you bring as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed Iberia :
* Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, with a focus on Sheetfed printing applications, gained through more than 5 years in senior roles within the printing industry.
* Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, paired with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset and solid financial acumen.
* Proven ability to operate effectively in an international environment with a direct and transparent communication style across all business levels.
* A proactive “hunter” mentality with a focus on implementation and performance delivery.
* Independent and structured way of working, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with common CRM / Sales tools as well as SAP, along with fluent Spanish and English language skills.
