Job Description
Are you experienced in Helpdesk roles and eager to grow professionally as an IT Trainer within one of the most recognized law firms nationally and internationally?
* Description: The selected candidate will join the HelpDesk team, supporting and training users on the corporate platform of a major client in the legal sector.
* Main tasks and responsibilities:
o Prepare and deliver IT training to lawyers on tools and applications, with opportunities to design training materials.
o Test applications deployed at the firm to verify functionality.
o Assess the effectiveness of each training session.
Work Modality and Schedule
Initial on-site work for 3-4 months, then a hybrid model combining two weeks on-site and two weeks remote (including support hours for LATAM). The schedule includes coverage from Monday to Thursday 9:00-19:00, Friday 8:00-19:00, totaling 40 hours weekly. For LATAM support, one day per week (preferably Thursday) from 9:00 to 24:00. After training, one week per month support from home with specific hours. Flexibility for occasional travel to client offices is required.
Minimum Requirements
* Over 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in international companies.
* Public speaking skills.
* Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Valuable skills in video editing.
* Languages: Spanish and English at professional support level; experience working abroad is a plus.
* Minimum studies: Intermediate or Higher Degree in IT, Telecommunications, or similar.
* Knowledge of: Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Remote Connection, Adobe Suite, IT workplace solutions.
