Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Web & CRO Analyst to join the Group Marketing Team, reporting to the Group Head of Web development & Analytics. This role focuses on data collection and analysis to support Verisure’s growth and a best-in-class organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a core member of the Group Digital Marketing team, the Web & CRO Analyst will drive data-informed decision-making by performing the following responsibilities:
* Improving the quality and consistency of digital marketing tracking, collaborating with technical teams to maintain a robust data infrastructure and ensure the integrity of analytics data.
* Designing, building, and maintaining marketing performance dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker Studio or similar data visualization tools, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability for diverse stakeholders.
* Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into data requirements, and deliver actionable insights through analysis and visual storytelling.
* Partnering with teams across the organization, including Product, CRM, and Web, to identify data opportunities, support campaign measurement, and foster a data-driven culture.
* Extracting and manipulating data using SQL to support advanced analytics and reporting needs.
* Contributing to the development and lifecycle of Adtech products, including participation in requirement definition, data architecture design, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis within a digital marketing or Adtech environment.
* Experience working in multinational or cross-market teams is a plus.
Technical Skills
* Good understanding of digital tracking technologies, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and custom event tracking.
* Solid experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, etc.).
* Knowledge of marketing KPIs, attribution models, customer journey analysis, and performance measurement.
* Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and manipulation across large datasets.
* Ability to handle large datasets and navigate data warehouse environments (experience with BigQuery is a plus).
* Basic understanding of Python or R for automation and exploratory data analysis is an advantage.
Analytical & Business Acumen
* Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and deliver actionable insights.
* Working knowledge of conversion funnel analysis, CRO strategies, and campaign optimization.
* Experience with A/B testing design, analysis, and interpretation is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, CRM, Design, and Content.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Languages
* Fluent English is required (written and spoken).
* Other languages (e.g. Spanish, French, German, or Nordic languages) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Google BigQuery or similar cloud-based data platforms.
* Exposure to Adtech environments, CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), or server-side tracking.
* Experience with automated reporting solutions or building data pipelines.
* Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, predictive analytics, or machine learning use cases.
* Certifications such as:
* Google Analytics Certification
* Tableau/Power BI certifications
* Meta or Google Ads certifications
