Role Overview
A global company is looking for an IT Solutions Architect with deep expertise in authorizations to serve as the key connection point between business operations and IT. The position plays a crucial role in safeguarding security, maintaining compliance, and ensuring architectural consistency across the organization, while fostering alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as the primary authority on authorization matters, promoting clear and consistent communication throughout the organization.
* Drive and support authorization‐related initiatives in partnership with global process owners and multidisciplinary teams.
* Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for standards, policies, and expert advice related to authorizations.
* Evaluate and approve authorization‐related exceptions, ensuring proper justification and documentation.
* Oversee and coordinate authorization testing during SIT and UAT phases alongside functional teams.
* Develop and implement authorization models and frameworks that meet organizational requirements.
* Perform regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of authorization processes and highlight areas for enhancement.
Requirements
* Solid background in both business processes and authorization, acting as a connector between the two.
* At least 2 years of experience as an IT Solutions Architect specializing in authorizations for business processes.
* Demonstrated leadership in agile environments and a track record of successful project delivery.
* Professional experience in digital roles and digital transformation initiatives.
* Strong capability to link business processes with backend authorization structures and clearly define functional roles.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integration, and consulting practices.
