About the role
The People team at Revolut plays a vital role in enabling our employees and ensuring compliance across our operations. As our presence expands across the UK and Europe, staying ahead of evolving employment tax obligations is more important than ever.
We’re seeking a People Partner (Tax) with deep UK tax expertise and experience in advisory and in-house roles. You will manage PAYE Settlement Agreements, report Short-Term Business Visitors, and serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams, ensuring our people operations are tax-compliant and future-ready.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and submitting UK STBV and PSA reports to meet annual tax deadlines
* Supporting equity-related tax reporting, including tax withholding on stock option exercises
* Partnering with payroll, finance, legal, and HR teams across the UK, Ireland, Poland, Romania, and Spain to manage employment tax compliance
* Advising on tax implications of international employee mobility and global compensation packages
* Monitoring legislative changes and updating stakeholders on potential impacts
* Participating in initiatives to improve and streamline tax processes
* Building scalable frameworks for employment tax compliance and documentation
* Coordinating with external advisors on complex tax matters and audits
* Reviewing and developing internal policies and procedures
* Managing tax data analysis using Excel and internal tools
* Serving as a subject matter expert on UK employment and mobility tax
What you'll need
* A degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or Accounting
* At least 4 years of experience managing employment tax processes and compliance
* Experience in both in-house and consultancy environments
* Strong knowledge of UK employment taxation, including STBV, PSA, PAYE, NICs
* Familiarity with equity compensation reporting and tax implications
* Experience with cross-border taxation and international tax treaties
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
* Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
* Experience working collaboratively across functions
* Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
* Experience with stock options and global share plans
* Knowledge of employment tax compliance in Ireland
* Project management experience in tax or mobility initiatives
* Experience with tax audits and dealings with HMRC or other authorities
* Background in reviewing and shaping policies and procedures
