At Nivoda, we are scaling rapidly, and we need talented professionals to help us grow. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will identify, nurture, and deliver high-potential leads, laying the groundwork for our success and impacting Nivoda's journey to a 10-figure GMV.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Greek & proficient in English.

What You'll Do

* Identify high-potential leads through research, inbound, and outbound efforts.
* Create memorable first impressions via personalized outreach.
* Qualify and nurture leads into opportunities for BDMs.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team for seamless transitions.
* Maintain records in CRM (Hubspot) and use data to improve strategies.
* Share feedback to refine messaging and customer experience.

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

* Generate at least 30 qualified leads monthly, with 50% converting to sales opportunities.
* Reduce initial contact to qualification time by 20%.
* Ensure 100% successful lead handoffs to BDMs.

Basic Qualifications

* Fluent in Greek & proficient in English
* Passion for fast-paced, high-growth environments
* Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 1+ years in sales or prospecting, preferably B2B
* Excellent communication and relationship skills
* Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
* Proficiency in CRM (preferably Hubspot) and data-driven lead generation

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in B2B marketplace, tech, or luxury goods
* Strong data analytics skills
* Knowledge of sales methodologies
* Experience in fast-scaling environments
