**About the Role**:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged one to five. Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years Coordinator, you will support learning activities, supervise pupils including those with special educational needs, and help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom. You will assist in planning lessons, evaluating progress, and providing feedback to pupils, while encouraging independence and confidence. Your responsibilities will also include preparing displays, accompanying pupils on trips, and building positive relationships with parents and carers. This is a hands-on role where your contribution directly impacts each child’s educational journey.
**This is a full-time, fixed-term contract immediately available.**
**Who We Are Looking For**:
We are looking for someone who has:
- An Early Childhood Educator (qualification or training in early years)
- High level of English: C2 or bilingual
- Previous experience with children aged 1-2 in a similar roles
