To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a **Strategic Category Manager Nutra**.
**Your Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for the strategic management of the products of the Bioingredients Business Unit, in the food supplements and personal care portfolio, assuming the following functions:
- Develop a integral strategy, in collaboration with the Director of Global Product Management & Sales of BioIngredients to carry out a strategic planning of the products of the above-mentioned portfolio.
- Product registration from a commercial perspective, working together with the regulatory department, in the target markets.
- Research and management of intellectual property for the assigned product portfolio.
- Ensure sustainable management of BioIngredients products in target markets.
- In coordination with marketing, collaborate on marketing campaigns to present the products in each market.
- Liaison with the supply chains and laboratories of different factories of the group.
**Your profile**
- Science-based university education (Health Sciences, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy).
- At least 5 years of experience in product development and commercialization in the field of food supplements.
- Experience in international environments and different markets.
- Very high level of English.
- Ability to analyze complex scientific data.
- High level of proactivity, independence and analytical skills.
- Extensive knowledge of EU and FDA regulations.
- Understanding of the production process and product life cycle.
