We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Specialist to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate should align with our brand values and be capable of managing a variety of tasks related to influencer marketing. You will be responsible for negotiating with influencers, creating briefings, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Additionally, you will handle content validation, client relationships, contract generation, and billing follow-up.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic and creative proposals and budget responsively for our clients.
* Ensure the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders.
* Effectively connect with the client, understanding their needs and cooperating with the team.
* Maintain high levels of campaign execution through exceptional organization and time management.
* Close deals with existing relationships.
* Influencer strategy and management.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, or community management in an agency environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
* Great organizational and analytical skills.
* Pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
* High energy and can-do attitude.
* Goal-oriented and fast-learning autonomous worker.
* Up-to-date with trends in different social media platforms.
* Experience in influencer marketing: scouting, management, negotiation, and good relationships is a plus.
* Advanced English (C1) is necessary; any other language is a plus.
