**Key Account Manager Role**
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing an assigned merchant portfolio, selling Global Blue Products and Services including Financial Services (Tax Free Shopping, Currency Choice) and Account Development products (Marketing Services, Business Intelligence, Training Programs).
Main Duties:
* Achieve sales and new business targets, cross-selling GB products to existing accounts.
* Manage account-specific contractual obligations and high-level relationship management.
* Create and implement account plans for all accounts.
* Monitor and minimize bad debts of assigned accounts.
* Enhance merchants' knowledge through training and support.
**Collaborations**
Coordinate with Country Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Partner Relationship Manager, and Merchant Services Manager.
Collaborate with Media and Marketing teams.
**Qualifications and Experience**
4-5 years' experience in account management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or financial services.
Proven success in acquiring and developing new business.
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Excellent relationship-building skills and customer needs analysis.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
