Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.Responsibilities:
Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, increase transparency through reporting and forecasting, and track SLAs.Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.Work with service owners, product owners, and delivery teams to identify requirements and ensure project objectives are met.Manage operational tasks for Service Operations Platforms.Support daily operations and onboarding/training for Production Partners.Experience:
Background in Project Management and Business Analysis within the IT sector.Knowledge of service operations processes, including process mapping and requirements gathering.Experience with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.Familiarity with SCRUM environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.What We Offer:
