In this role you lead Orascoptic’s European commercial growth, owning revenue and market expansion across direct and indirect channels. You will build a high-performing sales organization aligned with global strategy and drive end-to-end commercial execution in Europe. You’ll balance direct selling with a robust dealer network, shaping how we engage key accounts and institutions. The position offers the chance to influence growth across Europe and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

• Define and execute the European commercial strategy aligned with global objectives
• Set market priorities, channel mix, and growth plans for key European countries
• Lead annual operating planning with revenue targets and resource allocation
• Establish and manage a high-performing European direct sales organization
• Implement standard sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
• Coach, train, and manage field sales performance and effectiveness
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition
• Own strategy and performance of European distributors and channel partners
• Strengthen dealer relationships and ensure partner performance expectations
• Assess opportunities to expand, optimize, or transition markets toward direct sales
• Lead regional strategy for key accounts, DSOs, institutions, and dental schools
• Build relationships with influential customers and industry stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and EBS to drive alignment
• Apply EBS principles to improve consistency, efficiency, and commercial execution
• Build and develop a high-performing xpzdshu European sales leadership team
• Ensure organizational structure and capabilities support growth objectives
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience across multi-country or regional markets
• Proven success leading both direct and indirect sales models
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and scalable commercial organizations
• Healthcare, medical device, or dental industry experience preferred
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
• Willingness to travel across Europe (40-60%)
