Requirements:
* At least one year of experience working in the real estate sector in an agency or developer.
* Results-oriented based on the objectives proposed by the company.
* Ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to market changes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Residency in the area of Marbella, Estepona, or surroundings is a plus.
* Driving license and own vehicle.
* Fluent level of English and an essential third language: Russian, Polish, Dutch, and/or German.
What Will You Do in Your Day-to-Day?
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main responsibilities will include:
* Receive and advise clients interested in purchasing properties from TM Grupo Inmobiliario’s portfolio.
* Identify client needs to offer options that best suit their preferences and budget.
* Provide clear and detailed information about the properties, including features, pricing, financing, and associated services.
* Develop close relationships with current and potential clients, fostering loyalty.
* Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
