o ■ Responsable de la creación de pedidos (parcialmente - principalmente si no se combina con la creación de presupuestos).
o ■ Responsable del registro o procesamiento del registro de actividades (horas de servicio, si procede, facturas de subcontratación, gastos de viaje, etc.), incluida la garantía de la contabilización correcta.
o ■ Responsable de la gestión de pedidos (mantenimiento, actualización, supervisión), cambios necesarios en los pedidos de ventas, creación de nuevos artículos, por ejemplo, artículos de subcontratación, creación de pedidos de subcontratación si es necesario, incluida la información del cliente, procesamiento de pedidos relacionados con cambios/insolvencias de clientes.
o ■ Responsable de la finalización de pedidos, incluida la facturación (creación de solicitudes de pago, facturación, incluida la garantía de los procesos de registro de actividades, cancelaciones y notas de crédito (incluida la coordinación del proceso de aprobación interno)) teniendo en cuenta las fechas de cierre.
o ■ Responsable de la creación y tramitación de reclamaciones de facturas, haciendo un seguimiento de los plazos, garantizando la tramitación oportuna y el escalado en caso necesario.
o ■ Responsable del control continuo de los pedidos propios (comprobación de calidad y plausibilidad, control de POC/backlog, garantía de facturación puntual, revisión del cierre de pedidos, creación de cálculos posteriores y determinación y notificación de pedidos no rentables.
o ■ Realización de recobro.
o ■ Otras tareas asignadas.
