**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Responsibility for ensuring that all designed solutions meet the desired outcomes for customers.
- Responsibility to lead workflows discussion and optimisation for BD medication management solution
- Demonstrating Lean experience, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proactively, and with a regular cadence, demonstrating to the client the defined value of partnering with BD Pyxis
- Leading truly consultative interactions, workshops and projects leading to larger, long-term partnerships with customers, including multiple MMS product solutions.
- Create the solution design and technical offer including the drawings of the solution design.
- Review, analyse and create the required technical documentations for public tenders.
- Develop experience integrating database information with visualization tools.
- Develop ability to develop automated tools to simplify data capture and analysis.
- Support implementation projects to ensure customer success.
**About you**
- Degree in Pharmacy/pharmacy IT, Architect or Engineer
- Strong background hospital workflows.
- Prior experience in BD Pyxis solutions. Experience in consulting roles, transformational projects, customer success and/or solution management is desirable.
- Excellent customer interaction skills, excellent record in contributing to close large deals and managing complex opportunities is desirable,detail oriented and analytical
- Experience with Salesforce

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
