We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our dedicated support team. You will play a key role in deliveringexceptional service to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customerexperience.

This role involves communicating with customers across various channels, providing accurate information, and maintaininga helpful and professional tone at all times. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs andcontribute to ongoing service improvements.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and communicating with customers in a warm and empathetic manner
* Deliver high quality customer service to customers via email
* Provide explanations to customers about products/sites/policies
* Keep up-to-date with new information/policies
* Build a trusting relationship with clients providing accurate information in a timely manner
* Understand, guide, and support clients
* Collaborate with other departments where necessary
Requirements
* Candidates must be native/fluent in German and English (understanding, reading and writing)
* S/he must enjoy learning and sharing their knowledge with others
* Candidates should be genuinely interested in the online sector and eager to learn more
* S/he should be take xpzdshu pride in giving support to customers with empathy and show engagement in delivering excellentservice
* S/he must be an excellent listener
* Candidates must be team players who can also work independently
* French and/or Spanish would be considered an asset
Job Conditions
* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
