Event Manager – Long-Term Campaign in Málaga

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Event Manager to join a long-term international campaign based in Málaga, Spain .This role will be embedded in the client's team and will play a key part in delivering high-level corporate events from planning to execution.
About the RoleYou'll act as the central point of contact for both client and venue, ensuring seamless planning and execution of all event logistics. From vendor coordination and room bookings to on-site management and post-event follow-up, you'll be responsible for the full operational flow.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all logistical elements (AV, catering, security, transport, materials, etc.)Handle booking requests, room blocks, and internal calendar coordinationProvide on-site support: registration, badge printing, guest assistanceOversee administrative tasks such as supply tracking and event documentationEnsure stock levels are maintained and inventory is up to dateAct as the main day-of contact for clients and guestsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder relationshipsUphold client standards and identify improvements or creative solutions
RequirementsPrevious experience in event planning or operational rolesExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage events independently and proactivelyStrong stakeholder and vendor coordination skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorWillingness to work occasional weekends as needed
Contract & ScheduleStart date: March 2026Duration: 1-year contractWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (exact time TBC)Location: Málaga, SpainOccasional weekend work may be required
