We are looking for a reliable hotel concierge who shares a passion for excellence, someone who will instill enthusiasm and passion into everything they do. The Concierge will respond to a wide variety of guests requests by accurately assessing the guests needs and requests while using their own personal knowledge and experience to offer a five-star service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.You'll report to the FOM.Your day-to-day
Responsible for greeting and welcoming guestsAct as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirementsUnderstand customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotelAcquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendationsArrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residentsAnswer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect callsRespond to complaints and find the appropriate solution What we need from you
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.2+ years' experience working as a Concierge or related discipline.Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.Previous knowledge in 5* hotels or luxury residential buildings.Ideally Member of Les Clefs d'Or.Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
