Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a motivated and skilled Dutch Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic remote team. Responsibilities
Identify, attract, and engage high-quality Dutch-speaking candidates
Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate negotiations, and offer management
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Provide regular recruitment updates to the management team
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential;
proficiency in English is a plus
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability xhfqzwm to work independently and manage recruitment projects remotely
Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and adaptable to changing needs and challenges
