Could you be the full-time Demand Planner Manager in Pinto, Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll combine responsibilities of demand planning with product configuration management and change control. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Purchase and Industrial), coordinate and consolidate demand from the main leading manufacturing units and much more.
You’ll specifically take care ofensuring proper alignment between demand from leading manufacturing units and the industrial and engineering execution of the site, but also analyze variations in bogie demand and process them using dedicated advanced planning tools.
We’ll look to you for:
* Advanced creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP for the different bogies manufactured at the site.
* Ensure consistency between demand, product structures, and manufacturing planning.
* Translate demand changes into a stable and rolling manufacturing plan.
* Ensure maximum workload stability for the production center.
* Secure compliance with delivery dates required by the leading units.
* Minimize finished goods inventory levels while balancing capacity, demand, and deliveries.
* Be accountable for the configuration of products delivered to the different customer units.
* Coordinate product design evolutions (Engineering Changes).
* Ensure correct implementation of design changes in manufactured bogies.
* Act as the interface between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and the leading units for effective change management.
* Ensure traceability and consistency of delivered configurations.

* 5 years of experience in similar positions.
* Experience working with SAP.
* Intermediate English wil be valuable.
* Knowledge or experience of industrial manufacturing.
* Desearible knowlodge of metallic materials.
