Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Business Development

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Business Development division and contribute to improving people's lives. As part of the Sacyr Concesiones development team, the role involves supporting the P3 bidding process from a developer and equity investor perspective on social and transportation projects across various regions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the entire P3 bidding process from start to finish.
* Negotiate equity teaming and project bidding agreements.
* Manage engagement with developer and lender advisors.
* Prepare RFQ submissions.
* Develop and implement bid management plans for projects.
* Track project milestones and develop overall schedules.
* Coordinate bid deliverables with project management teams across finance, design, construction, operations, and rehabilitation.
* Negotiate contractual terms with legal teams related to DBFM, Design-Build, and Maintenance & Renewal contracts.
* Assist in securing project financing, coordinating with lenders' advisors.
* Develop project costing in collaboration with finance, legal, construction, and operations teams.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, advisors, and clients.
* Prepare reports on bid progress, project descriptions, market assessments, etc.
* Perform additional tasks to support development activities and collaboration with finance, legal, or technical groups.
* Travel as required for meetings and project site visits.
Requirements and Competencies:
* Degree in civil or industrial engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and pay attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with teamwork skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
* Understanding of P3 contractual frameworks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Experience with P3 deals is a plus.
