【Responsibilities】
* Manage and develop productive relationships with local logistics and warehousing providers to ensure optimal service levels.
* Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all fulfillment and logistics operations to maintain business continuity.
* Optimize logistics and warehousing solutions to provide cost-effective logistics opportunities while ensuring stable business operations.
* Support overseas logistics team to optimize business processes and handle daily exceptions to ensure smooth operation.
* Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimize delivery processes and cost savings.
【Qualifications】
* At least 3 years of experience in a top logistics and warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a top e-commerce logistics company.
* Experience in e-commerce customer projects is preferred.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and ability to adapt quickly.
* Negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers.
