Technical Lead for Integration, Verification & Validation

Do you want to lead a consolidated team in the Defense sector and take on new challenges? GMV is an experienced technology group. We are expanding our teams in the Defense and Aeronautics sector to take on integration, verification and validation (IV&V;) activities for critical aeronautical systems.
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team, you will lead the technical activities related to the integration, verification and validation of a critical aeronautical system, ensuring proper execution of IV&V; processes and guaranteeing system reliability and compliance.
You will take part in defining IV&V; infrastructures, deploying testing processes, contributing to test‑case implementation and execution, and analysing IV&V; logs to generate associated reports, ensuring that all activities follow aeronautical standards.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for Aeronautical, Industrial, Telecommunications, Computer Engineers or similar profiles, with experience in IV&V; processes and a strong interest in critical aeronautical systems within the defense sector.
Required knowledge and experience include:
- Definition of test environments at hardware, software, and system level
- Knowledge of software unit testing tools (e.g., Rapita, VectorCAST)
- Knowledge of static/dynamic code analysis and coverage tools (e.g., SonarQube)
- Definition of test cases
- Experience with simulation environments (SIL/HIL)
- Development of simulation models
- Testing frameworks and CI/CD processes (e.g., Jenkins)
- Software development skills (including C/C++ and Python)
- Knowledge of software and hardware development standards, particularly DO-178C and DO-254
For this position, we are seeking experts in IV&V; for certified systems, who want a stable environment to grow professionally, bringing experience in critical aeronautical and defense systems.
Additional knowledge in technologies and methodologies related to system‑level integration, testing, and certification will also be valued.
