Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead regional safety, health, and environment activities across Europe to drive excellence in SHE performance. You’ll manage a multi-country team and ensure compliance with global standards while supporting critical change initiatives. You help build a strong SHE culture by partnering with site leaders and Legal to address regulatory requirements and incidents. - Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong multi-country/regional experience and ability to lead across cultures and regulations
- Strategic mindset with risk anticipation and prevention strategy capability
