Job Description

We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to support our Luxembourg department in managing our international client base.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Client Service Manager with daily fund activities and client support.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external processes and monitor deadlines.
* Update internal databases with client data and verify information with counterparties.
* Draft Operating Memorandums and investor side letter matrices.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
* Manage investor documents, including subscription documents and side letters.
* Assist as a corporate secretary by collecting reports and preparing cash payment instructions.
* Upload reports and documentation to portals and support ad hoc client requests and projects.
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance or Economics preferred.
* Interest in laws and regulations applicable to financial services.
* Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.
* Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral skills.
